60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may request a full refund within 60 days of your order date. To qualify, the item must be returned to us unused and in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at your expense. Upon contacting us, we will provide the return address by email. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@alveriss.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Cancellations
We process orders within 12–24 hours of placement. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you. Cancellations requested after this window cannot be guaranteed.
Late Refunds
Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. If 10 business days have passed since your refund was confirmed and you have not received it, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us at support@alveriss.com.
