Tracking

All orders will receive a tracking number within 3–5 business days of the order date.

Shipping Times

United States — Standard Free Shipping: 8–12 days

Rest of the World — Standard Free Shipping: 8–12 days

All shipping times exclude clearance and customs delays.

Shipping & Address Policy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We do not issue refunds for packages that are undeliverable due to address errors, omissions, or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will notify the customer and offer the option to have the package reshipped at the customer's expense.
